Book your free mini consultation to find out how.

If you've recently been diagnosed with Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD), you may feel a wave of emotions washing over you.

The uncertainty about losing your vision can be overwhelming, leading to fears about how it will impact your daily life.

You might be worried about your ability to read, drive, or even recognise the faces of loved ones.

Living with AMD can feel isolating. The thought of social gatherings, hobbies, and even simple daily tasks can bring anxiety about how to navigate your changing vision.

You might find yourself questioning whether you will need to rely on others for assistance, and that fear of losing your independence can weigh heavily on your mind.

How I Can Help

At Nutrition for AMD, I understand the unique challenges you face as you navigate this journey. I am Hannah Nunn, a registered nutritional therapist, specialising in AMD.

Inspired by my father’s struggles with AMD, I give people with AMD the right nutritional guidance so that you can slow progression, protect your vision and look forward to the future again.

I am based in the UK but work with clients worldwide.

The Future is BRIGHT...

You may have been given a diagnosis but very little advice. You have probably been searching the internet looking for ways to support your vision. The abundance of information available can be both a blessing and a curse, leaving you feeling confused.

I have developed the BRIGHT Framework - a structured approach I use with my nutrition clients. It outlines the many ways nutrition can affect the health of your eyes.

Hint: there is so much more to it than taking your 'eye vitamins' and eating blueberries and kale!
